Publishing Fees for Welsh Statutory Instruments & Associated Documents
The contract provides for the publishing of legislation and associated documents in both print and electronic format and governs the prices that Government departments can be charged for publishing activities.
The pricing structure for Statutory Instruments and associated documents is dependent on whether the documents have been drafted using approved templates (where available) and the templated document has passed validation.
Please note: Printed dual-column WSIs do not use the templated workflow for publishing and are therefore subject to the charges listed under Optional Charges.
The standard publishing fees for Statutory Instruments and associated documents are shown below. Local arrangements may be in place that vary from the prices shown. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied where applicable.
