The Publishing Contract

The National Archives, on behalf of Government, manages the contract for the provision of Legislation Services and Associated Products in the UK and Wales. Following a competitive tender process the current contract was awarded to The Stationery Office Ltd (TSO) on 1 February 2011 with a contract term of 5 years and optional extensions of 12 or 24 months.   In December 2015, the contract was extended for one year.

Within these pages you will find information regarding the fees which can be charged in relation to the publishing of SIs and associated documents as well as the allowed interventions the contractor can make into the publication process.
