Government Legal Service (GLS)  Statutory Instruments Guidance

The Government Legal Service (GLS) Statutory Instruments Guidance provides general guidance for lawyers on the drafting of Statutory Instruments which draws upon a number of Departmental guides on the subject. The guidance contains advice on the process of producing instruments as well as on good drafting practice and cross refers to the relevant sections of the current edition of “Statutory Instrument Practice”.
